  1. Set a Goal – Select a 1 day, 3 day or 7 day Sierra Nevada backpacking trip or create a custom trip upon request.
  2. Build an Outdoor Fitness Plan- Work with a personal trainer to create a plan which includes three days per week of interpretive day hiking in the San Francisco Peninsula’s open spaces to prepare you for the trip.
  3. Train & Educate- Provide training, both fitness and skills, to enable you to travel comfortably and confidently in the mountains.
  4. Lead the High Adventure Trip- Guide and support you to reach your goal with an incredible backpacking or adventure travel trip!
  5. Enable a Fitness Lifestyle – It comes naturally with the outdoor experience and is the result of having fun!
